she's beautiful in all aspects. but you're asking for critique.
the best I can offer is things I would do to improve her in her already beautiful state.

her eyes are a lovely shade of green; fitting for a red rose. however I'd give them slight highlight around one side of each iris.
I would also give a little white sheen on her bottom lip to make them appear glossed. Perhaps create a bit of depth with her background , to make it appear a little brighter and making her pop from the image more than she already is without going overboard .. but those suggestions are just my own opinion.
