Shiny Shadows

Wow! The impact of this piece is just so great. The passion and love that the two have for each other comes across like it is the love that is shared between "Romeo & Juliet". They would do anything for each other. Even if the world says that the love they have isn't 'right' because the 'family' or 'nationality' of the two. The purple tone of the piece makes the impact that much greater. I sense that there is an underlying dispair that the couple have. Not in the sense that they hate or dislike each other but dislike their plight that caused them to keep their love a secret. The sensuality of the piece just adds to that dispair and dislike. They want to show their love to the world but are afraid of the consequences because of their 'nationality' or 'family' affiliation. Yet, with the background, there is a sense of serenity that exists between them. The flow of the water behind them shows that. The various things in the room, on the left side of the photomap, show that they wanted serenity in their love and in their decision to love each other. Great job at making this photo.
